BINLEDGER

Privacy policy

How Binledger uses data to operate the warehouse application.

Service operator

Binledger is operated by Jaroslav Tuzinsky, The Pulse Boulevard Apartments C3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Contact: support@binledger.com. We handle enquiries about accounts and service operation. Your organisation also determines how records entered into its company workspace are used; requests relating to those records are handled in coordination with it.

Account and company workspace

Data includes sign-in email, account identifier, profile name, company membership and user roles. A company profile may include address, phone number, email and registration or tax identifiers. These support sign-in, access management and company workspace functionality.

Warehouse records and attachments

Users enter products, quantities, EAN and QR codes, warehouse locations, tasks, notes, stock counts and discrepancies. Operation history records the actor and time. Uploaded photos, invoices and delivery notes are stored as part of the records and may contain personal data.

Optional AI document extraction

When you use AI document extraction, document content is sent to the Google Vertex AI / Gemini service to extract items and quantities. You review the result before confirming receipt. Manual receiving is available without AI extraction.

Providers and access

Google Firebase provides authentication, database, file storage and server functions. The website uses Cloudflare. Authorised workspace members access records according to their roles. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, device, operating system and SDK information, and operational logs to run and secure the service.

Camera, photos and location

The camera is used to scan EAN/QR codes and photograph goods or documents. Photo selection adds attachments. You can manage permissions in device settings. A warehouse location describes a place in a warehouse, not the device’s GPS location.

Browser storage and advertising

The website remembers your selected language locally. Authentication may persist your sign-in session. These features support service functionality. Binledger does not use advertising SDKs, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, and does not use warehouse records for advertising tracking.

Retention and deletion

A uniform automatic deletion period has not yet been configured for accounts, documents or warehouse history. A member can use Profile to leave the company and request removal of membership data and structured author identity. Their work, quantities and warehouse history remain. Admin can remove a member in the same way; before leaving themselves, they must hand over the Admin role to an active member. Only Admin can confirm deletion of the entire company, including warehouse records and attachments. Processing runs on the server and temporarily pauses company writes. Previous exports are invalidated. These actions do not delete the personal sign-in account. Personal data in free text and attachments requires separate review; send requests concerning that data or sign-in account deletion to support. We assess identity and authority, company records, any legal obligations and technical considerations including backups and logs. We will explain the scope and outcome. This page does not promise a specific deletion deadline.

Your requests

Email us with questions or requests to access, correct, export or delete data. Rights depend on applicable law and identity verification may be needed. Contact your organisation as well for company records.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to provide the service, manage accounts and permissions, record warehouse operations, provide support and maintain security. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing supports the agreed service, legitimate interests in secure operation or legal obligations. Where consent is required for a feature, it can be withdrawn; camera and photo permissions are managed on your device. Refusing optional access may limit the related feature.

Processing locations and further information

We use cloud providers and data may be processed outside your country of residence. We do not promise exclusive storage in the EU or UAE. Provider information and safeguards are available from Firebase Privacy, the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Contact support about transfers, rights, processing restrictions or complaints. Where applicable law provides for it, you may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Changes to this information

We update this page when the service’s practices change. Last updated: 20 September 2026.
